Abstract(in English) | HAPS(High-Altitude Platform Station) attracts attention as a new communication platform which provides wide area communication services directly to smartphones on the ground from the stratosphere. We proposed a dynamic cell optimization method depending on the user distribution. However, the optimization becomes difficult as the number of cells increases since each cell is optimized independently, which is categorized as Large-Scale Global Optimization (LSGO). Cooperative Coevolution is an effective way to solve LSGO problems, where an optimization problem is decomposed into multiple subproblems, and each subproblem is solved separately to form a complete solution. In this paper, we propose a dynamic cell optimization algorithm based on cooperative co-evolution along with a problem decomposition for a cell optimization. Simulation results show its effectiveness over the real user distribution. |
