Abstract(in English) In recent years, the Byond5G promotion strategy has begun to consider opening up network control APIs to the outside. Dynamic control of network QoS, such as bandwidth by video delivery service providers, is expected to enable detailed video service quality management. We have developed and verified a quality-controlled video delivery method that can manage the subjective viewing quality of viewers by coordinating dynamic control of the delivery network bandwidth and ABR control based on a video quality assessment model that reflects subjective image quality such as VMAF.
