Tour Planning and Navigation for effective use of waiting time

Abstract(in English) Tourism is effective to solve region problem, e.g. depopulation, shopping district decline. This paper proposes tourism application for effective use of waiting time. This application consists of trip planning function and navigation function. Waiting time can be classified as static waiting time or dynamic waiting time. Trip planning function can consider static waiting time and navigation function consider dynamic waiting time. To present effectiveness, this paper construct and test tourism application.
