Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we attempted to obtain the feature pattern of gas sensor transient characteristics using metal-oxide memristors as a single element for gas identification. After designing the sensor resistance and voltage converter for obtaining the feature patterns, we confirmed that the sensor transient differs depending on the gas species and the sensor operating temperature, and by applying the corresponding voltages to the memristors as pulse, we were able to obtain different memristor values as feature patterns. These are different for each gas. By applying different voltages to the memristors as pulse, different memristor values were obtained as a pattern of feature values. These values were different for each gas, indicating the possibility of gas identification by comparing them.
