Abstract(in English) One of the main performances of the 5th generation mobile communication system (5G) is "ultra-low latency", and there is an application called Ultra-Low Latency (ULL) that should guarantee the jitter value. In this paper, we describe Time Aware Shaper (TAS), which is a technology that realizes low latency by reducing packet collision latency, and its problems, and introduce Asynchronous Traffic Shaper (ATS) as a technology to solve the problems in TAS. Since ATS does not have a function to change the processing on a packet-by-packet basis, there is a problem that the latency cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a packet control technology that solves the problems of ATS by adding a function to change the processing on a packet-by-packet basis to the ATS function. Furthermore, since the proposed method can reduce the jitter, we describe a simulation of the number of accommodations when the flow is accommodated in the network and an experiment on the jitter using OpenBlocks AX3.
