Abstract(in English) In the video streaming service, streaming control is generally performed uniformly without considering the type of content, so that the same bit rate and viewing quality are smoothed regardless of the content type. However, the requirements for video streaming of the content provider may differ for each content. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on the streaming requirements of the content provider assigned to each content, and propose a network resource control method for the video streaming platform that realizes streaming suitable for the content type by controlling according to the streaming requirements.
