| 抄録(和) | 宇宙空間で運用中の12GHz帯非静止軌道通信衛星(NGSO)のメインビーム軸外方向の放射電力を測定するには，衛星の位置，および，メインビーム軸からの離軸角の設定が必要である．本稿では，地上の測定場所(T)は固定とする．Tから静止軌道衛星を結ぶ線上にNGSO衛星がある時，Tにおいて所望離軸角が与えられるメインビーム方向の地上位置（U）の決定法を述べる．さらに，Uを与えたときに，所望の離軸角が得られるNGSOの位置を決定する方法を報告する． |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes the measurement of the off-axis radiation power from a non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) communication satellite operating in the space. The transmission direction of an NGSO satellite is assumed to be from space to the Earth. In order to measure the off-axis radiation power from an NGSO satellite, it is necessary to identify the satellite position and the off-axis angle apart from the main beam. In this paper, the measurement location (T) on the ground is assumed to be fixed. When an NGSO satellite locates on the line between T and the GSO satellite, the method is given to determine the point (U) on the ground to which the main beam of the NGSO satellite directs in such a way that the off-axis angle measured from the main beam of the NGSO satellite is set at a desired value. Similarly when the point U is given, the method is given to determine the position of the NGSO satellite in such a way that the off-axis angle measured form the main beam of the NGSO satellite equals to a desired value |
