Abstract(in English) The resource control for frequency bandwidth and transmission power between beams is effective in Ka-band high capacity satellite communication system (HTS: High Through-put Satellite), and it is effective more to allocates resources efficiently in response to traffic per a user and rainfall attenuation. We have studied about the improvement of frequency utilization efficiency, communication capacity and performance for link number of users by performing adaptive communication (ACM: Adaptive Coding and Modulation) of DVB-S2 (S2X) under resource control environment.
