Abstract(in English) | In recent years, an increase in power consumption has become a problem as machine learning becomes more sophisticated. Among neuromorphic systems, spiking neural networks are attracting attention as an information technology platform for solving the above problems. In this research, we propose a spiking neural network that realizes low power consumption by using a mem capacitor and a pulse integrator circuit. It was confirmed that the pulse integration function considering the synaptic weight can be realized. |
