Abstract(in English) | A true random number generator (TRNG) is suitable for securing key generation and nonce generation on IoT devices. The random number sequence generated by TRNG needs to have high entropy. In addition, TRNGs mounted on IoT devices are required to be small in scale and have low power consumption. Furthermore, it is necessary to generate a random number sequence with high entropy immediately after the activation. In this paper, three types of TRNGs, known as ring oscillator type TRNGs, TERO type, COSO type, and STR type TRNG, are implemented on Zynq-7010 and are evaluated entropy at the time of stability by statistical test according to SP800-90B and AIS 20/31. In addition, We also performed statistical tests on the random number sequence of the TRNGs immediately after startup. As a result, the three types of TRNG have high entropy presently after startup. |
