| 抄録(和) | 観察研究において，「施策を対象に一度しか施すことができない」「施策対象の特性を制御することができない」と言った問題点が挙げられる．そこで本研究では，対象の母集団がいくつかの未知の潜在クラスタに分かれており，その潜在クラスタ内では施策を施したもとでの反応の確率分布が同じであるという新たな数理モデルを考える．その上で，反応変数の差に関して，ベイズ最適な予測と，変分ベイズを用いた近似計算を行う． |
| 抄録(英) | In observational studies, there are problems such as "the measure can be given only once to the target" and "the characteristics of the target cannot be controlled". In this study, we consider a model in which the target population is divided into several unknown latent clusters, and the probability distributions of the responses to the measures are the same in each latent cluster. Then, we perform Bayesian optimal predictions for the differences in the response variables, and approximate them using Variational Bayes Method. |
