Computer experiment evaluation for time variance of virtual currency mining using cryptographic hash function

Abstract(in English) Cryptocurrencies are searching for solutions to difficult-to-calculate problems called mining when conducting transactions. Due to the nature of the search, the time required for mining will vary. This is not preferable from a security point of view. In this study, in order to reduce the variance of the time required for mining, we implement the multi concatenation mining proposed in the existing study and evaluate the performance. As a result, although the result is different from the theoretical value, the effect of reducing variance is confirmed.
