Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Demand response (DR) is a mechanism provided by the aggregator to encourage participants to reduce their electricity demand in exchange for rewards. To obtain high-quality negawatt energy, each participant has to provide a pre-determined amount of negawatt energy. However, in fact, there might be some participants default on providing their scheduled negawatt energy. Therefore, one of the functions of the aggregator is to detect the defaulting participants. In this paper, we introduce our recent results on the diagnosis of DR [1], [2]. The proposed method is based on block-sparse reconstruction and a few iterative inspections of smart meters. Simulation results suggest that the proposed method has a potential to decrease the number of inspections by more than 97% compared with previous research. [1] F. Xu, S. Azuma, K. Kobayashi, N.
