Abstract(in English) Nowadays, research has been conducted to automate the operation of IT services using AI and orchestrator. In the operation of IT services, the events issued by the equipment are monitored, the location of the failure is identified, and countermeasures are taken. Events are generated by multiple incidents such as failures or construction work, and arrive at the monitoring system in a mixed state. Therefore, if such events can be collated on an incident-by-incident basis, it is possible to find the root couse. In this paper, we propose a method for correlating events on an incident-by-incident basis using a Bayesian network based on the event occurrence time, location, and event type.
