Abstract(in English) | The technique of participation factors has been used for quantifying connections between system variables and modes in LTI systems and applied to power system analysis. In this report, we exploit the data-driven approach to analysis of nonlinear systems, called the Koopman Mode Decomposition (KMD), in order to evaluate the participation factors for variables and nonlinear Koopman modes. In particular, the participation factors including algebraic variables and nonlinear Koopman modes for systems described by nonlinear differential-algebraic equations is proposed. The KMD-based participation factors are numerically demonstrated using simple mathematical models. |
