[Invited Lecture] Phase retrieval method and its applications

Abstract(in English) This reports presents the summary and application of Phase Retrieval (PR) method in which the phase information is reconstructed from the measured amplitude of the near field measurements in millimeter frequency bands. The first part describes the theory of PR method, the parameter optimization and the phase reconstruction algorism for high gain antennas using planar scanning near field facilities. Additionally, the principle of a single plane measurement and its application are discussed. The last topic is the PR method for the low gain antennas by the semispherical scanning measurement, utilizing the antenna geometries and the initial phase information to improve the reconstruction accuracy. This report presents the future problem for the PR measurement method.
