Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Operators, which are automatic operation programs with domain knowledge to operate stateful applications such as data stores, have attracted much attention in recent years. Operators do not take into account any situation other than the application to be operated. Therefore, in a situation where multiple operator programs are running, there is a possibility of interference between operators, such as a temporary increase in system load caused by one operator’s operation process triggering another operator’s operation process. In this paper, we focus on application operation using operators on Kubernetes, a container operation infrastructure, and propose a mechanism to prevent interference between operators by extending the workflow.
