Abstract(in English) In recent years, the quantitative evaluation of liver diseases such as NASH, in which fibrous tissue and fat droplets are mixed, has become a clinical need. In this study, we applied the amplitude envelope statistics analysis model developed by our research group to clinical liver echo data with different fat content and fibrosis progression to examine the relationship between microscopic tissue structure and evaluation parameters. By focusing on the statistical properties of the amplitude envelope distribution, the analysis method uses multi-Rayleigh (MRA) model was able to discriminate severe fatty liver in a screening manner. In addition, it was confirmed that the trend of the evaluation parameters differed depending on the progress of fatty liver and fibrosis in the parameter distribution of the evaluation model using Healthy Liver Structure Filter (HLSF) method.
