| Abstract(in English) | The introduction of healthcare information exchange (HIE) systems has been limited although its societal need has been recognized. The reason for this could be that there are concerns for healthcare organizations over the information leakage and profit reduction. The existing research proposal, with incentives which would make patients proactive in sharing healthcare information, is supposing that the healthcare organization would accept it without incentives for healthcare organizations to be proactive in it. This research aims to accelerate the sharing of healthcare information by moderating the concerns of healthcare organizations mentioned above. To do so, it implements the HIE system giving incentives for both healthcare organizations and patients utilizing blockchain technology. In the verification stage, it measures the time required for sharing healthcare information and clarifies that healthcare information can be shared with time free from hindering practical use. |
