Abstract(in English) | OFDM signals have high PAPR due to the nature of adding many subcarrier signals together. In this study, we focused on signal constellation on subcarriers and applied many-to-one mapping, which assigns multiple pieces of information to a single signal point. This method was compared with 64QAM and a method with a different number of signal points. The effect on the PAPR characteristics of the OFDM signal was evaluated by computer simulation. It was found that PAPR characteristics are slightly reduced by using many-to-one mapping when the number of subcarriers is small. |
