Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Digital transformation is attracting attention in order to respond flexibly and quickly to business changes and enhance competitive advantage. Along with this, the cloud market, which allows easy scale-in / out according to changes in business requirements and processing volume, is expanding. On the other hand, large-scale regional failures have occurred on cloud, and it is desirable for cloud users to select a region that is expected to operate stably. This paper analyzes cloud failure information, proposes a region selection method that enables user systems to provide necessary services and is expected to operate stably, and describes its effectiveness.
