| Abstract(in English) | Due to throughput fluctuation, many adaptive streaming methods that the viewing terminal autonomously choose video quality to realize video streaming without disorder and with high-quality. However, no adaptive coding method that can increase QoE applying scalable coding in the media streaming. We propose an adaptive streaming control method using scalable coding that assumes the Yamagishi QoE model's use. We validated the effectiveness of the proposed method with numerical simulation using actual traffic data. |
