Abstract(in English) | As a hollow fiber for endoscopic treatment, we have fabricated a hollow fiber using a stainless steel tube as a base material. After polishing the inner surface of a stainless steel tube with an inner diameter of 300 μm using an abrasive, a silver film and a dielectric film are formed. We fabricated a small-bore hollow fiber tip based on stainless tube for CO2 laser light delivery. |
