| Abstract(in English) | Industrial applications of AI and machine learning technology are expanding. NTT DOCOMO drive an data-driven innovation by AI × big data forwardIn this presentation, we introduce real-time on-Device troubleshooting recommendation for smartphonesas an application case of AI and machine learning technology in actual service. In this study, the system which estimated the content in which the user was troubled in the operation on the basis of utilization history of the application and operation history of the terminal and recommended hint (procedure) of the operation was proposed. The work has been accepted to the Applied Data Science track of KDD 2019. Finally, we introduce regarding fostering foster excellent assistance personnel the data scientist in NTT DOCOMO such as the participation to KDD CUP. |
