| Abstract(in English) | For improving search performance and accuracy of pattern classification, this paper proposes a mixed search method of global search and local search in particle multi-swarm optimization. The crucial idea, here, is to use the learning rule of the multi-layer neural network as the evaluative criterion is introduced under particle swarm optimization, which realizes a mixed search of global search and local search. We introduce this search feature into the search method of centralized intelligent particle multi-swarm optimization and attempt to handle the parity problem of pattern classification. Through implementing various computer experiments to analyze the obtained search results and features, the search characteristics and performance effects of the devised mixed search method were clarified. |
