Abstract(in English) In this paper, we evaluate the magnetic field detection and sensitivity using a multi-output MOSFET, which is a MOSFET type sensor that is expected to reduce the cost and miniaturization of the sensor. At that time, the multi-output MOSFET has 11-outputs MOSFET implemented by the 0.18 μm CMOS process. As a result, the different magnetic field sensitivities for each output terminal pair are shown in this study, like the octagonal multi-output MOSFET in the previous study. In addition, since the multi-output MOSFET has a simpler structure and a large number of output terminals than the octagonal multi-output MOSFET, the factors of the magnetic field sensitivity to differ for each output terminal pair can be considered.
