Abstract(in English) | Future networks are expected to provide high-speed, large-capacity communications that exceed the limits of conventional infrastructure and enormous computing resources. In order to meet this expectation, the Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN) concept has been proposed as a network / information processing platform including terminals. In order to realize this concept, both optical networks and wireless access need the significant performance improvement. For wireless access, systems, devices, and services are expected to diversify toward the 6G era. This report describes the concept of Extreme Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) that utilizes multiple wireless accesses and meets various service requirements. One of the key technologies in Extreme NaaS is Cradio? that enables natural utilization of multiple wireless accesses. In addition to detailing Cradio?, Intelligent Radio Design technology (IRD) is explained as a technology to extend Cradio?. Furthermore, the technical verification of the utilization of multiple wireless accesses in an agricultural environment is reported. |
