| 抄録(和) | 本研究ではDC5Vで小さい電流を通電した時の接触抵抗を自動測定した。実験では、通電電流による接触抵抗への影響を調べるために、3mA，10mA，50mA，100mAの負荷電流で10万回の開閉試験を行った。また、測定精度を確認したところ、測定誤差は±5%以内であることを確認した。実験では、主回路に使用される単子接点と補助接点として使用される双子接点を電磁コンタクタに2個ずつ設置した。実験の結果、電流が増加すると接触抵抗の変動が小さくなった。双子接点の接触抵抗は変動が小さく安定していることが確認できた。単子接点では、接触抵抗は10mA以下で大きく不安定であったが、50mA以上では抵抗値が小さく安定した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, the contact resistance when a small current was applied at DC5V, was automatically measured. In the experiment, the effect of the current value on the contact resistance was investigated. The current was set to 3-100mA. The continuous opening / closing test was performed up to 100,000 times. The measurement error of the assumed system was within ± 5%. In the experiment, two single contacts for the main circuit and two twin contacts for the auxiliary contacts were measured at the same time. The fluctuation of the contact resistance of the twin contacts was small and stable. On the other hand, the contact resistance of the single contact was significantly unstable at 10mA or less. At 50mA and above, the resistance value was small and stable. |
