Abstract(in English) Social media has become one of the primary news sources for people around the world. However, there is an increased risk of fake news written intentionally to mislead readers, making credibility questionable. This paper investigates a user detection method for spreading fake news using a graph neural network. Recent studies have reported that fake news and real news have different propagation patterns on social media. Unlike conventional style-based detection methods, the proposed method extracts propagation-based features using deep neural networks and applies them to train fake news detectors. The effectiveness of the proposed feature is confirmed by comparison experiments using various detectors.
