Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | It is said that the painter draw painting in order to lead the gaze of the viewer to the intended subject. We assumed that there was regularity in the eye movements when looking at good painting. By constructing a database of gaze point distribution, we believe that the relationship between the author's intention and the gaze points of the viewer can be clarified, and we are creating database of gaze points distribution. This time, we introduced the gaze point distribution of database and used it to verify a new saliency map as an application example. As a result, it was found that the gaze position and the movement of the line of sight have typical differences and commonalities among each subject and painting. In addition, we think that the gaze database is useful for the examination such as new saliency map. |
