Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the next-generation mobile communication system 5G, it is expected that the chance of radiating millimeter-wave band radio waves near the human body will increase. At that time, it is important how the power absorption ratio to the human body changes depending on the distance between the antenna and the human body. The authors previously applied Sommerfeld's half-space problem to theoretically analyze this problem with a single-layer planar model in which small dipoles are placed vertically or horizontally on the surface of the human body. However, the actual surface of the human body has a multi-layered structure. In order to have a more realistic discussion, the authors have constructed a theory using a three-layer model and examined the difference from the single-layer model. As a result, a clear difference was confirmed in the calculation of the power absorption ratio at 6 to 10 GHz, but it was found that the single layer model can be sufficiently approximated at 20 GHz and above.
