Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In this study, we used the millimeter-wave FMCW radar to acquire biological signals. After that, heartbeat signals were detected by using discrete wavelet transform and bandpass filter.Adaptive filtering was used to suppress the harmonics of respiration, which is a problem in this process. The experimental results showed that RMSE was improved from 0.05899 Hz to 0.04704 Hz. Then, SNR was improved from -31.155 dB to -28.467 dB. The frequency of breathing is used to generate the filter. However, if the data has a lot of noise, the generation of filters with appropriate frequencies and the improvement of SNR are limited. The SNR improvement was also limited when the subject's heart rate frequency was close to the harmonic frequency. In the future, we will investigate methods for reducing harmonics that are robust to noise and a wide range of heartbeat frequencies. |
