Abstract(in English) | Abstract The electric sliding contact mechanism is a mechanism that supplies electric power from a stationary object to a moving object (rotating object). This mechanism is widely used in the field of electrical equipment, brushes for stationary objects and slip rings for moving objects are used in AC motors and generators. Since these are accompanied by abrasion, it is desired to improve the abrasion resistance and electrical reliability of the brush. In this study, we examined influence by the presence of the electric current about brush abrasion properties when the silver content of the quality of silver graphite brush changed using a steel slip ring. |
