Abstract(in English) | In wireless channel characterization using adaptive filters, adaptive algorithms based on Lasso, Group Lasso, and SCAD have been proposed as methods using sparse modeling. However, wireless channel characterization using these adaptive algorithms cannot simultaneously regularize the filter coefficients based on their group sparsity and accurately estimate the filter coefficients. This paper proposes an adaptive filter algorithm based on Group SCAD. This adaptive algorithm improves the conventional method based on Group Lasso by using the regularization term of the non-convex function used in SCAD, which enables highly accurate estimation of filter coefficients based on group sparsity. In this report, the proposal is evaluated in terms of converging speed and the accuracy to reconstruct the filter parameter with numerical simulation. |
