Abstract(in English) In the viewpoint of "how much educational system can estimate student's status", the methods for acquiring student's information and for estimating student's status generally put focus on one aspect which shows student's characteristics so that it is not said such educational system can understand the student as same as human teachers who monitor their students from multiple viewpoints. This paper describes an educational support system called COCORO(COgnitive Characteristics ORiented Online-learning support system) by using multiple student's information acquired by monitoring student's knowledge status and cognitive status. Especially, the design of interaction between COCORO and the student for bi-directional translation based on various kind of student's information is explained. In addition, the interaction is defined from three view point of interaction agents for real students, purpose of interaction, and methods of interaction in this paper.
