Abstract(in English) | USRP on the market makes SDR technology much popular. Requirements for SDR transceiver are multi-band and multi-mode operations. By using existing USRP, multi-mode operation can be achieved. But, to achieve multi-band operation conventional RF analog circuit blocks have been employed. In this paper, we review the recent evolution of digital RF transceiver technology which enable both multi-band and multi-mode operation at once. Challenges to overcome the RF frequency limitation coming from Nyquist frequency are also reviewed. |
