Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a non-orthogonal multiple access in the frequency domain. In the proposed method, multiple users are assigned to each subcarrier orthogonal to each other in the frequency domain, and signals are superimposed to perform overload transmission with a number of users exceeding the number of subcarriers. On the receiver side, each user signal is separated from the superimposed signal by performing MPA (Message Passing Algorithm). we also propose a characteristic improvement method by adaptively allocating user subcarriers in non-orthogonal multiple access in this frequency domain. In the proposed method, the optimum pattern is selected in advance from all the patterns of subcarrier allocation to users. we consider a method of selecting subcarrier allocation based on the LLR (Log-Likelihood Ratio) value calculated from the user's channel information. This proposed method shows an improvement in the characteristics of about $2[mathrm{dB}]$ at the $10^{-3}$ point of BER (Bit Error Rate) compared to the method of fixing the subcarrier allocation.
