Abstract(in English) In order to cope with a drastic increase in traffic, space-division multiplexing elastic optical networks (SDM-EONs) have been studied. In the multi-core fiber environments, crosstalk occurs between optical paths transmitted in the same frequency slots of adjacent cores, and the quality of the optical paths is degraded by the mutual influence of the crosstalk. In this paper, we study a crosstalk-aware resource allocation method in SDM-EONs to improve the effect of crosstalk in low network loads.
