Study on change in SSVEP induction amount and increase in BCI command number due to difference in brightness of visual stimulus

Abstract(in English) SSVEP is often used to transmit our will to a brain computer interface (BCI) without anybody movements. In SSVEP based BCI, many visual stimuli with different blinking frequency are displayed in monitor, simultaneously. However, the number of visual stimuli is limited due to the refresh rate of monitor. If the visual stimulus of same blinking frequency is distinguishable, two commands can be linked to one blinking frequency. In this paper, we analyze an amount of SSVEP to the visual stimulus of the same frequency and different brightness. We will clarify whether different stimuli can be distinguished from the amount of SSVEP.
