Abstract(in English) | Confidentially, the attorney-client privilege is to keep the communication records exchanged between the client of the case related to the administrative investigation and the pre-suit proceedings overseas and the agent lawyer secret, exclude it from the subject of the evidence, and protect it. Allows the government agencies and the stakeholders to refuse submission requests. Traditionally, the rights granted in courts in the United States and the European Union are the confidential privileges, especially for the official documents exchanged in the event of an emergency. In addition, it is necessary for the litigation strategy to properly manage the persons involved in the possession and editing of the data related to the case. In this paper, what kind of protection should be provided to the data requests of the stakeholders is appropriate as the emergency response. I consider the structural requirements of the target data from the perspective of the inside. |
