Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A wireless sensor network is expected to be used in a wide range of situations with less restrictions on sensor placement. In this paper, we aim to minimize the charging time when multiple chargers with wireless power transfer capabilities charge geographically distributed wireless sensor nodes. The wireless sensor node is composed of multiple modules that detect different substances/states and have priorities to be charged. We investigate a method of optimizing the allocation of chargers to these modules of the wireless sensor nodes taking into account the travel costs of the chargers. Because the number of all possible combinations is enormous, we use a genetic algorithm to find an approximate solution and evaluate the performance in numerical experiments under different geographic conditions.
