| Abstract(in English) | In many blockchain technologies, the nodes that create the blockchain network can execute the program codes. In Japan, an attempt to electronically issue and manage securities by creating a program that functions like a token (certificate) on a blockchain network and displaying some rights is called "security token". This report describes issuing security tokens of corporate bonds under the Japanese law. |
