Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, there has been much research on Style Transfer and Saliency Detection. Style Transfer is a task to synthesize an image that has both the object structure of the content image and the touch of the style image, while Saliency Detection is a task to extract the foreground from the image and separate it from the background. In this research, we focus on the two tasks of Style Transfer and Saliency Detection, and propose new methods based on the Extended Attention in Style Transfer and Saliency Detection, respectively. Comparative experiments of Style Transfer and Saliency Detection have been carried out. It turns out that our proposed methods outperform the conventional methods.
