Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we assume that social isolation is one of the factors of workplace depression, and propose an organizational simulator as a canvas to represent human relationships in psychological distance. We show possible patterns of drawing under several conditions, and discuss the possibilities and limitations of the simulator. The results of preliminary experiments with the simulator by several participants suggest that there is diversity in individual recognitions and drawing.
