Abstract(in English) Efforts on text mining for acquiring valuable insights from massive textual data have been growing since the middle of 1990s along with the boom of big data and AI as well as the growth of internet and SNS. Textual data is still growing with the progress of digital transformation (DX) and remote work. This talk covers the history of text mining activities and its future potential.
