Abstract(in English) Lithium-ion secondary battery, which increased high performance and capacity, widely used to ensure mobility for various systems and devices and effective use of renewable energies. As the life of the batteries is extended, secondary use will be an issue in order to achieve effective use of resources and zero emissions. In general, the degradation of lithium-ion batteries is not uniform depending on the complex usage trends of users. Therefore, it is important for the secondary use to understand the degradation state of the internal storage batteries and the usage methods that reduce degradation. In this study, we propose the estimation method of the degradation for lithium-ion batteries based only on usage data through questionnaire survey analysis of smartphone usage. The methods for classifying usage trends and recommending usage trends that suppress the degradation are investigated using statistical analysis and causal inference methods.
