Abstract(in English) | Weather modification by weather control involves military technologies, which are classified to a certain extent. However, we would strongly suggest to declassify the weather control so as to reduce meteorological disasters. Since US patent No. 9526216B2 and No. 10375900B2 have disclosed the weather control by femtosecond lasers installed in artificial satellites, the weather modification by weather control is not secret any more. |
