Abstract(in English) Digital IDs are indispensable for promoting data distribution and popularizing digital government. The development and standardization of Decentralized Identifier (DID) using blockchain technology with the digital ID is underway. By comparing existing centralized IDs with distributed IDs, we will examine the impact of decentralization of ID architecture on data distribution.
