Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Medical image segmentation is an important issue in determining whether medical images can provide reliable evidence in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The development of medical image segmentation technology not only influences the development of other related technologies in medical image processing such as visualization and three-dimensional reconstruction, but also occupies a very important position in the analysis of biomedical images. In recent years, the application of deep learning algorithms in medical image segmentation has made great strides in medical image segmentation technology. Cardiovascular OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) technology provides high-definition images of the inside of blood vessels at the microscopic level, enabling detailed anatomical evaluation. In this paper, we propose a method of dividing the cardiovascular OCT image by the deep learning (Distance Segmentation) method and detecting the media part from the divided region. We also consider using fine-tuning and tricks to improve the identification rate.
