Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) Realtime is not advanced in the maritime filed because it is necessary to receive positions at regular intervals, and the communication environment is still under development. The authors are working on the secondary use of the AIS (Automatic Identification System) communication network for the ship location system. AIS is stipulated in international conventions to improve the safety of marine traffic. To realize the secondary use of AIS data, the positioning of AIS receiving stations is necessary at the time of introduction. In this paper, we propose and experiment the usefulness of secondary use of AIS data. We discuss the method for self-Evaluation of coverage area based on the reception records. Finally, to ensure that the method can be used in practice, we calculated the coverage rate of whether the route is included in the area or not. |
